FLEXCON has been developed and designed for electrical connections, which require high quality, reliability, long life span and water tightness. FLEXCON consist of a highest quality heat-shrinkable kynar sleeve, containing two pre-fluxed solder rings and thermoplastic sealing rings. FLEXCON is very easy to install and the quality of the connection can be visually checked because of the transparency of the connector. FLEXCON comes in different sizes (see product references) and can be applied for twisted and solid cables in a diameters from 0,25 mm² to 6,0 mm².

  • Application:
    - Choose right size of connector, apply wire from both sides until they overlap at the position of the lead core.
    - Press lead ring for a short mechanic fixing.
    - Apply heat by heat gun or lighter.
    - Start from the lead core and move to the outside, remain until the lead is melted and the connection is completed.
