GREASE REMOVER

ALKAXIN is a grease remover. It is a colorless hydrocarbon liquid on the basis of aliphatic hydrocarbons containing beneficated components. It does not contain chlorine and sulfur derivates. ALKAXIN is designed for degreasing the products of engineering, repair and electrotechnical industries. It is used to degrease metal surfaces, including non-ferrous metals, which are contaminated by oils and the remains of lubricants and machining liquids.

APPLICATION AND USE

  • USE:
    ALKAXIN can be used in all types of washing, degreasing and rinsing appliances constructed for this purpose. The working temperatures for degreasing range between 20 – 50 ºC.
    ALKAXIN meets the criteria for the cleanness of products for further final treatment /coloring, anodizing, galvanization/. It has excellent dielectric features.
    ALKAXIN comes in barrels or, alternatively, in another packaging upon agreement with a customer. It is stored in proper closed containers, tanks protected from weather influences, dust and humidity at temperatures between -15ºC and +35ºC.
  • Packaging, Shipping, Storing:
    The guarantee period is 36 months, provided that the stated storage terms and conditions are observed.
    The respective provisions of the STN 65 0201, STN 65 6060 and the regulation of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic no. 86/1999 Coll. apply with regard to storing and handling. According to those, ALKAXIN is classified as a flammable liquid, 3rd class of hazardousness. The product must not be stored close to strong oxidizers with which it reacts spontaneously while loosening heat turbulently.
