BIODEGRADABLE INTENSIVE CLEANER

Biodegradable according to EU Standards.
Can be used on synthetic materials, textiles, paint, metal, vinyl, wood, etc.
Strong penetrating effect, causing the dirt to be "lifted".
Non-corrosive, non-flammable.
Replaces CHC and other solvents.
Removes nicotine and diesel deposits and dead insects.

BIOX is a water based intensive cleaner for removing resinous oils and greases, pigment coatings and other residues. BIOX contains a powerful corrosion inhibitor to reduce the hazard of corrosion to steel surfaces which are subject to rusting with most water-based cleaners. BIOX is a powerful cleaner which has the ability to attack the molecular structure of

soils, greasy deposits, gummy residues and imbeddes grease stains without damaging the surface itself. BIOX is excellent dissolving performance already achieves optimal cleaning results at ambient temperature. BIOX does not contaminate the water and is completely biodegradable.

Application and Use

BIOX can be used on all kinds of surfaces:
synthetic materials, textiles, carpet, vinyl, canvas, formica, paint, metal, wood, chrome, aluminium, stone, concrete, tiles, polyester, plexiglass, rubber, leather, artificial leather, ...
For the removal of most sorts of dirt:
grease, oil, tar, nicotine, diesel deposits, dead insects, adhering dust, shoe polish, pencil marks, ...
Manual and mechanical cleaning and degreasing in the metalworking industry.
Maintenance of engines and gearboxes.

Plastics industry:
removing of release agent- and plastics residues from tools and moulds.
Printing industry:
cleaning of flat screen and rotary printing machines, screens and templates.
Cleaning of canteen kitchens, especially removing of heavy pollution around the exhaust air units and on ceilings and walls around the cooking area.
Sawmills: removing of resin, sawdust and dust from chains and conveyor belts.
Cleaning before varnishing as an alternative to VOC.
