XA - Xintronic II Aerosol

MOISTURE DISPLACENT - RESTORER - PRESERVATIVE

  • Low Surface Tension. Low surface tension produces through penetration into inaccessible parts of equipment and motors to quickly displace moisture and form a tough molecular barrier against subsequent moisture and rust.
  • Safe. XINTRONIC II AEROSOL is low in toxicity, non-corrosive, and safe to use on all metals.
  • Immediate Lubrication. XINTRONIC II AEROSOL’s deep penetration immediately lubricates all surfaces. It lubricates each strand of cable and wire ropes to reduce friction and prevent rust and corrosion. XINTRONIC II AEROSOL does not replace regular lubrication of equipment.
  • Unaffected by Temperature. Rapid temperature changes do not affect XINTRONIC II AEROSOL.
  • Vehicle Starting. XINTRONIC II AEROSOL displaces and seals out moisture to aid vehicle starting.
XINTRONIC II AEROSOL is a moisture displacing, penetrating lubricant for mechanical and electrical equipment.

Application and Use

  • XINTRONIC II AEROSOL displaces moisture and seals out subsequent moisture and corrosion in electrical motors, relays, controls, switches, line jacks, telephone cross connection boxes, stranded wire rope, instruments, tools, and mechanical parts.
    Electrical Equipment does not have to be turned off before applying XINTRONIC II AEROSOL, however, concentrated vapors can be ignited by a high energy source. Therefore, keep away from areas where arcing or sparks may occur.
  • Spray XINTRONIC II AEROSOL into and on equipment until all surfaces are wet. This will remove condensation. A second spray may be applied to enhance protection. When dry, XINTRONIC II AEROSOL leaves a protective lubricant coating on breakers, contacts, and other movable parts.
